At the start of my sessions with Megan, I struggled with my direction in life, near constant anxiety and zero motivation. Before I started working with Megan my eating habits were let's just say horrible! My profession is in Sales so I'm always on the road and mostly eating out at restaurants with customers. I was not paying any attention to the weight I was gaining and just how horrible I felt physically. In December I had a heart attack and had to have a stent put in. To say the least this opened my eyes to get help making myself healthy again. My Doctor's orders were to get on and stay on a Plant based/Whole foods diet to get rid of my cholesterol and inflammation. Megan's coaching has totally changed my way of eating and looking at overall health prioritizing my eating habits. She is totally on board with this diet and has seen miracles in overall health by doing it. I'm now on a Whole foods diet and I feel better than I ever have. I have currently lost 35 lbs since January 1st 2024! My cholesterol has dropped from 273 to an amazing 91 points in only 3 months. My Triglycerides were 466 and dropped to 128 points! Megan has shown me a better way to meal prep and make a Plant forward Whole foods diet an easy and flavorful experience. Working with Megan is a God sent! My experience working with Megan was great. She made me feel so comfortable that it was easy for me to talk about certain things in my life that have not been easy to confront. Megan has the most calming and nonjudgemental demeanor. I felt safe to speak about anything. She was a great “sounding board” when talking about my life challenges. I liked that she didn’t “pepper” me with constant questions but allowed me the time to speak about anything and figure things out for myself. Megan also provides great mindfulness breathing sessions that really enforced my inexperienced personal practice and gave me ideas to use to improve my practice. My reason to seek coaching was to gain confidence and improve my self esteem. I knew my perceived lack was related to my past. Before I started working with Megan my life was in a bit of disarray. Through the time spent with her I began to put in place simple steps to take to help bring things back into focus.
